The terms and conditions on this page apply to all graphic design services provided by Lunar Mist Creative. By accepting a quotation or purchasing a design project through our online shop, you agree to these terms in full. Agreement to Terms
These terms and conditions automatically apply when a client accepts a quotation or proceeds with a purchase from Lunar Mist Creative. By doing so, the client confirms they have reviewed and agreed to these terms in full. Please ensure you read these terms and conditions thoroughly. Any use of our services or purchases implies your full agreement to and understanding of these terms.
Charges
The charges for services provided by Lunar Mist Creative are detailed in the project quotation sent to the client via email. Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, Lunar Mist Creative reserves the right to modify or withdraw the quotation.
Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit of the total project quotation is required before any work begins. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the project and before any final files and materials are released and delivered.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided on your invoice for your convenience.
Client Review
Lunar Mist Creative provides clients with design proofs throughout the project to maintain open communication. Clients may request up to three rounds of revisions as part of the project scope. Additional revision requests will be charged at an hourly rate.
Once the final designs are approved and delivered, Lunar Mist Creative is not responsible for any errors identified post-delivery. Any changes required to address such errors will be subject to additional charges at an hourly rate.
Turnaround Times
Lunar Mist Creative strives to complete projects as efficiently as possible and meet all agreed-upon deadlines. Turnaround times will be communicated directly to clients upon enquiry. Please note, Lunar Mist Creative operates outside of regular working hours, so responses may be provided outside of standard business hours. The duration of a project may vary based on its complexity. For more detailed projects, clients are expected to provide comprehensive design briefs and any relevant copy as required.
Payment & Rates
Invoices will be issued by Lunar Mist Creative upon project completion. Payment is required before final files are released to the client. While most projects will have a predefined rate, additional costs may arise for elements such as font licenses and stock imagery. If such costs are necessary to complete the project, Lunar Mist Creative will inform the client in advance and provide details of the associated costs to ensure full transparency.
Copyright
The client retains the copyright to data, files and imagery provided by the client, and gives Lunar Mist Creative permission to use such materials. The client should obtain permission and rights to use any files that are copyrighted by a third party, and is responsible for giving Lunar Mist Creative the rights to use them further. Lunar Mist Creative will not be held accountable for any claims against the client for such materials used as a result of not obtaining the correct permissions and licenses.
Blog & Portfolio Content
The portfolio showcases completed projects and serves as an example of Lunar Mist Creative's work. All images and content are displayed with permission and may not be copied or reused without explicit consent. The blog provides tips, insights, and inspiration related to graphic design. All blog content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Lunar Mist Creative is not responsible for any actions taken based on blog content.
Liability
Lunar Mist Creative is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website or its content. All efforts are made to ensure the website is free from viruses and errors, but no guarantees are provided.
